Casting a Wide Net

Children of Dr. Gargiula, St. Louis chiropractor, on the beach

Welcome to Windmill Chiropractic Wellness Center. Focusing on family healthcare.

We’re happy you’ve chosen us for your family’s care. Dr. Gargiula is an upper cervical chiropractor in practice for over 2 decades. He opened Windmill Chiropractic Wellness Center in 1994 and calls St. Louis home, along with his wife and their four children.

“My practice goal is to help as many people as possible during my lifetime – especially children!” says Dr. Gargiula.

We’re driven to provide exemplary care and service. And we strive to provide all the information you need to truly understand your health issues, and to decide if you’ll make chiropractic a part of your lifestyle.

Our Focus is Simple

We want to see your quality of life dramatically improve! And we tend to achieve that by focusing on two extremes in our population:

  • Family wellness care: A large portion of our patients are here to achieve and maintain wellness
  • People who have lost hope: Many of our other patients end up in our office because they’ve “been everywhere” and have yet to find relief and hope for their health. They’ve come here and it’s changed their lives, and we enjoy the challenge of helping these “lost” people find hope again.

How Are We Different?

Dr. Gargiula offers upper cervical care, which is a unique approach to chiropractic. You can read more about how he delivers this care on our Techniques page.

And our level of service is frankly above and beyond our competition. At Windmill Chiropractic Wellness Center, you’ll find our team to be loving and caring, and we take care to maintain a Christian atmosphere from start to finish.

Patients describe their visits as uplifting and motivating, and our office as a positive environment. We strive to be different from the rest of the world – an oasis.
