What to look forward to as a new patient

Consultation:

At this time, the doctor will review your intake forms with you and ask some detailed questions regarding your concerns, health goals, as well as your lifestyle. At the conclusion of the consultation, if
proceeding with care feels like a good fit for both you and the doctor, we will then continue with the examination.

Examination:

You will receive a series of computerized spinal nerve scans to assess the health of the Brain Stem and overall Nervous System, plus any necessary spinal x-rays (if not pregnant). At the conclusion of the examination, we then schedule time for your Report of Findings, during which we will present the results of your examination. The fee for this, as well as your first Chiropractic adjustment is included with your initial examination.

Fees for Our Care:

After we present your Report of Findings, we will make our recommendations for your care. It is ultimately your choice on how you would like to proceed, based on your needs and any time constraints. Our fees are priced per case, which includes not only the type of care you receive, but the time and intensity involved. Our focus is to help you reach your health goals as efficiently as possible.

Appointments:

Most appointments, with the exception of the consultation, examination and report of findings, usually last up to 15 minutes. Your appointment is a time slot reserved for you, so please be very mindful that our time schedule is dedicated for you at that time. Your visit will take up to 15 minutes because the doctor will frequently have you rest for a few minutes after an adjustment, as he attends to others, to allow your body to process the healing more efficiently. If you would like additional time to consult with the doctor, please call prior to your visit. This will allow for more effective scheduling of your time.

Payment Policies:

Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made prior to your visit. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We have monthly payment plans available to you to make your care more affordable.

A note about insurance:
Insurance and Medicare Coverage – we do not accept any insurances within our practice. We understand that insurance coverage may help lessen any financial concerns. However, YOU are our first and only concern, and we answer only to you regarding your health and wellness choices. If you have coverage, we will provide you with a “super bill” on a monthly basis so you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
